Through our Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) platform, along with our Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) equity, our leadership team is dedicated to provide liquidity, stability, and affordability to the multifamily market in a disciplined fashion while maintaining our credit standards and minimizing losses.
