Sosthenes is a Senior Director covering the Multifamily Affordable Housing Credit and Underwriting for Multifamily. His responsibilities include overseeing Fannie Mae’s Multifamily underwriting and credit decisions for affordable and specialty debt products. He also serves as a subject matter expert for LIHTC, Section 8, RAD, and several other federal and state housing programs. Sosthenes has been with Fannie Mae since 2004.
