Colleen is a Director for Multifamily covering the West Credit Region. In this role, she is responsible for managing the West Credit team and overseeing credit decisions in the region. She serves as subject matter expert for small loans and crowdfunding.
Colleen joined Fannie Mae in 2018 and spent two years in Customer Engagement focused on lender management on deals nationwide. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, she was Senior Vice President at HomeStreet Bank where she managed screening, processing and underwriting teams and served as Chief Underwriter for the Fannie Mae DUS platform. Previously she provided consulting and contract underwriting services for various Fannie Mae DUS and CMBS lenders. Prior to consulting, Colleen worked for Parallel Commercial Capital and HomeStreet where she led screening and underwriting teams as well as originated and underwrote multifamily and commercial real estate loans.
Colleen holds a BA in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate Finance from Washington State University.
