Chuck is Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Chief Operating Officer. He leads Multifamily business strategy and operations including technology, data, product management, securitization, and non-financial risk with a focus on making it easier for lenders to partner with Fannie Mae and deploy capital to support rental housing across the United States.
Since joining Fannie Mae in 2016, Chuck has driven transformation across the company. He’s led enterprise strategy, built digital partnerships, and managed change initiatives that help lenders stand out in a competitive market. Before Fannie Mae, Chuck advised financial institutions on customer experience and operations as a consultant at McKinsey & Company. Earlier, he served as a nuclear submarine officer in the U.S. Navy, where precision and teamwork were non-negotiable.
Chuck holds a degree in Systems Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy and a master’s in engineering management from Old Dominion University, plus executive training at MIT.
