Paul Gembara brings 30 years of experience in commercial and multifamily debt financing.
Paul joined Fannie Mae in 2007 and is a Vice President in the company’s Credit Underwriting division. He is responsible for managing credit underwriting standards for the credit organization with a focus on Lender delegation. Paul also leads the Northeast and Southeast Credit Regions and manages the credit organization’s policy and governance strategy.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Mr. Gembara was a multifamily credit underwriter at various local banks in Chicago. Paul holds a BA in Mathematics and minor in Economics.
