Kelly brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and multifamily debt financing. She is our West Conventional Credit Lead, overseeing our West, Central, and Midwest teams, and champions technology enhancements within Fannie Mae’s Gateway platform to improve efficiency and user experience.
Before joining Fannie Mae in 2008, Kelly worked in various credit and risk roles that gave her a strong foundation in structuring complex transactions. She holds an MBA from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a degree from the University of Arizona. Kelly’s approach emphasizes clarity and collaboration, helping partners structure deals that meet market needs while maintaining strong credit standards.
