Ashley is currently a Vice President in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Customer Engagement group. In her role, she leads a team of national account managers that are focused on managing customer relationships and production for our Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS) Lenders, as well as specific borrower relationships. Ashley is focused on providing support, expertise, and guidance to our customers and partnering with them to build a high-quality, balanced book of business that will meet the needs of the multifamily market now and in the future.
Ashley’s experience at Fannie Mae includes structuring and negotiating conventional DUS loans, affordable DUS loans, credit underwriting, post-acquisition risk analysis, in addition to participating in various strategic initiatives at Fannie Mae. Prior to joining Fannie Mae over 13 years ago, Ashley worked in commercial lending at a Life Company and multifamily development at a large institutional developer.
Ashley holds a Masters of Land Economics and Real Estate and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University.
