Patrick Murcia is a Director of Customer Engagement and co-head of Multifamily Affordable Housing (MAH) at Fannie Mae. In his role, he leads a team managing relationships and production with 14 Affordable Lenders and a select number of Affordable Priority Borrowers.

Before assuming his current position in January 2020, Patrick was Director of Priority Borrower Relationships in Fannie Mae’s Multifamily division for seven years. Prior to that, he oversaw Fannie Mae’s community development activities in the Western and Midwest regions and served as a credit underwriter in MAH.

Previously, Patrick spent 10 years at Enterprise Community Loan Fund as Chief Credit Officer and Director of Lending in both San Francisco and Washington, DC. During that time, he also co-owned and -directed Fusebox, a progressive contemporary art gallery in Washington, DC.

Patrick holds a BA in Latin American Studies from the College of William and Mary, where he played Division 1 soccer, and an MBA from American University.
