Christina oversees the Multifamily Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) loan underwriting process for all non-delegated loans, covering conventional loans as well as all specialty products. She also manages the underwriting guidelines for Multifamily ensuring that loans guaranteed by Fannie Mae meet consistently high credit standards.
