Christina (Chris) Flynn is Fannie Mae’s Senior Vice President & Chief Customer Officer. She leads the Multifamily Customer Engagement organization, overseeing the teams that partner with Fannie Mae’s Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lenders across the country. Chris is responsible for advancing customer strategy, fostering lender relationships, driving multifamily business growth, and ensuring Fannie Mae remains a trusted capital provider in markets nationwide.
Prior to moving into the Chief Customer Officer role in April 2025, Chris served as Fannie Mae’s Chief Underwriter, where she directed and managed the strategic risk decision-making process for the Fannie Mae Multifamily business, including providing risk guidelines for new business originations. During her tenure as Chief Underwriter, Fannie Mae originated over $350 billion in new multifamily business. Previously, Chris was Vice President, Credit Underwriting, overseeing credit and underwriting for several DUS lenders and the Western Region Credit Division.
