Doug is responsible for the end-to-end operations of the company's Multifamily business line, including loan acquisitions, delivery, and servicing. He is also responsible for leading the operations component of the Multifamily Target State initiative, which is making transformative strategic changes internally and externally to ensure the business is responsive to market needs and remains competitive in the future. Doug has been with Fannie Mae since 1988.
