Mike Patterson serves as a National Account Manager within Customer Engagement. In this role, Mike leads a team that is responsible for helping to size, structure, and price Multifamily transactions throughout the United States. Through Multifamily’s variety of products and flexible financing solutions, Customer Engagement provides certainty of execution and a seamless experience for its lender partners. Prior to his start with Fannie Mae in 2022, Mike held roles with Berkadia as a Vice President – Product Originations and Freddie Mac as a Senior Producer.
Mike holds an MBA from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Virginia Tech.
