Dana Brown leads Fannie Mae’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) management team, overseeing equity investment strategies, syndicator relationships, and portfolio optimization. His work ensures that our partners have the tools and guidance they need to structure successful transactions that expand housing opportunities.
Dana brings over two decades of experience in the multifamily equity and debt industry. Before stepping into his current role, he managed Fannie Mae’s debt and equity portfolios across affordable, conventional, seniors, and manufactured housing. Earlier in his career, Dana held leadership positions at MMA Financial, where he focused on acquisitions and asset management.
A graduate of the University of Massachusetts Amherst with an MBA from Boston University, Dana combines deep industry knowledge with a collaborative approach. Dana and his team spearhead creative, reliable solutions that strengthen communities and help our partners succeed in a competitive market.
