Kathy is a Senior Director covering the Northeast Credit Region for Multifamily. She is responsible for overseeing the Multifamily’s credit decisions in this region. She also serves as a subject matter expert for Multifamily’s Seniors Housing specialty product and Multifamily’s Mezzanine Financing and Preferred Equity executions. Kathy has been with Fannie Mae since 2008.
