Tray Flowers is a Vice President – Multifamily Customer Engagement, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer – SVP of the Multifamily Division. He leads a team of Directors, Managers, and Associates in an assigned geographic region who are responsible for the management of various lender and borrower relationships across the Multifamily business.
Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Tray worked for Real Estate Capital Partners, LP (now d/b/a HQ Global, GmbH & Co.) in an Asset Management role through which he assisted with operational oversight of various multifamily, retail, and office assets. Additionally, Tray worked for Wells Fargo Bank in its Real Estate Merchant Banking Group where he assisted with the origination and portfolio management of various acquisition, reposition, and ground up construction loans.
Tray holds a BA in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign and an MBA from the Graaskamp Center for Real Estate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
