To obtain access to the Investor Reporting (IR) application within eServicing, follow the steps below:
Note: We assume that your organization currently is using at least one Fannie Mae Multifamily application. If not, you will need to complete a Software Subscription Agreement and an Order Form/Schedule, both available on the same Web page as the User Registration Form.
- From the eFannieMae.com home page, select Multifamily, followed by Applications > Registration & Account Management >Asset Management & Servicing.
- Click Download User Registration Form.
A dialog box appears asking whether you want to open or save the file.
-
Select Save and file the form on your hard drive.
-
When prompted, select Open.
The electronic User Registration Form appears.
-
Enter your company name and its Fannie Mae subscriber ID. If you need assistance finding this information, contact us at 1-800-232-6643 for assistance.
-
If you already have an existing user ID for another Fannie Mae Multifamily application, answer Yes in the space provided and enter your user ID. If you are a new user, answer No.
-
Check the box next to the action you are requesting.
- Check Add New User if you currently do not have access to another Fannie Mae Multifamily application.
- Check Add Application(s) to Existing User if you already have access to a Fannie Mae Multifamily application.
-
Complete the user information. If you are a new user, create and enter a 4-character alphanumeric PIN. You will use this PIN to establish your password once you obtain access to the application. If you already have access to a Fannie Mae Multifamily application, you will use your existing user ID and password for Investor Reporting.
-
Enter all Seller/Servicer Numbers associated with your User ID.
-
When you request access to eServicing, you also should request access to ARM Index Values (ARMINDEX), by selecting the Add Application box for the ARM Index Values module and the box labeled “All users are granted the same access level to this application.”
-
Check the Add Application box next to eServicing (MFSSS). For permission to report loan-level and MBS activity to Fannie Mae, check the General User box for the Servicing Module. For permission only to view data and print reports, check View Only.
-
Save your completed form.
-
Attach the form to an e-mail and send it to the officer in your organization who may authorize your access.
-
The officer completes the electronic registration box, saves the form, and returns it via email to [email protected].
You receive an auto-reply, with a tracking number, indicating that we received your e-mail and that we will process your request within six days. Please include the tracking number if you need to contact us regarding your request.
Note: You also use this form to request access to other servicing applications, including the Delinquency Early Warning and the Payoff Calculator modules.
