Enables lenders to electronically submit property inspections and property operating statements.

The Multifamily Asset Management Portal also allows you to request certain guideline modifications related to property inspection and financial submissions, as well as request data corrections directly within the application.

Availability Status

Every day, 24 hours a day.

Please note the Multifamily Asset Management Portal is supported Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to midnight ET, and holidays and weekends, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
