Application programming interfaces (APIs) have become integral across the entire technology landscape. For Multifamily lenders, APIs are being recognized as a critical technology that provides immense potential to automate process, improve opportunities and accuracy, as well as reducing costs and workloads.

Our Customer APIs have been specially designed and tuned to address the needs of our current customers and are housed on the Fannie Mae Developer Portal.

Available APIs

DUS Gateway

Provides the ability to register and submit deals in DUS Gateway®. API documentation is available when logged into the Developer Portal - search for "Multifamily Deals" after clicking on APIs menu.

Rent Roll Digitizer

Supports digitization of rent roll collection. API documentation is available when logged into the Developer Portal - search for "Rent Roll" after clicking on APIs menu.

DUS Disclose

Provides the ability to retrieve market consumable files.

Operating Statement Digitizer

Supports digitization of operating statement collection. API documentation is available when logged into the Developer Portal - search for "Operating Statement" after clicking on APIs menu.

ACheck Query

Provides the ability for servicers to make an API call with one or more SSN/TIN numbers to obtain a counterparty’s ACheck status. To access, search for "ACheck" after clicking on the APIs menu.
