C&D™ handles Cash and MBS committing and delivery functions for both Delegated Underwriting Servicing (DUS®) and Negotiated Flow (MFlex®).


Availability Status

Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. ET (except Fannie Mae observed holidays).
