The Multifamily Structured Facility Management System (MSFMS) is an application that provides users with a centralized view of our Structured Facility and DUS® DMBS products.

Availability Status

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ET, and Saturday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. ET (except Fannie Mae observed holidays).
