Once an eligible Credit Facility deal is approved and Authorization to Close, “Go to DUS Deliver” button will be visible to begin the delivery process.

Fannie Mae provides training resources and support materials to help authorized DUS Lenders and approved users learn how to use the DUS Deliver platform. Lenders can access these through Fannie Mae’s DUS lender support channels.

Platform and ecosystem

DUS Gateway supports activities leading up to delivery, including deal registration, underwriting, pricing, commitment, and Authorization to Close. For eligible transactions, lenders access DUS Deliver directly from the approved deal in DUS Gateway to begin the delivery process.

DUS Deliver supports the delivery phase, helping lenders complete required delivery activities after commitment. DUS Gateway supports pre-acquisition activities, including deal submission, underwriting, pricing, quote, mortgage loan commitments and decision records. Together, they form Fannie Mae Multifamily’s broader digital ecosystem for DUS lenders.

DUS Deliver is planned to expand beyond Credit Facilities transactions in the future, adding support for additional deal types following its initial release.
