Responsibilities: Roy Miller is Fannie Mae's Vice President – MF Loss Mitigation, reporting to the Senior Vice President – Multifamily Chief Credit Officer. Roy is responsible for all aspects of special servicing in the Multifamily portfolio including Watchlist Management, Special Credits, Special Asset Management, REO and final Loss Sharing with our lender partners.
Experience: Roy began his career at Fannie Mae in January of 2006 in the SAM group and has been in Loss Mitigation for almost 20 years. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Roy worked for Beal Bank in Dallas, Texas as an Asset Manager responsible for a large portfolio of distressed real estate loans.
Education: Roy has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Texas in Arlington.
