Travis Lovell is Vice President – Multifamily Credit Underwriting, East Conventional Lead at Fannie Mae, where he reports to the Multifamily Chief Underwriter and leads underwriting process and execution for conventional lending across the Eastern United States (Northeast and Southeast regions).
Travis brings extensive underwriting, credit risk, agency lending, and portfolio oversight experience across Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, bridge, value-add, and balance sheet lending. Most recently, he led underwriting standards, credit policy, portfolio risk, and asset quality across the Regions Real Estate Banking platform, including its agency lending businesses.
Travis holds a Bachelor of Science from Southern Utah University and a Juris Doctor from Georgia State University College of Law. He also holds FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.
