Cecilia Hoyt joined Fannie Mae in 2025 and is in Multifamily Risk Management at Fannie Mae. She is currently the VP, Multifamily Operational Risk leading the Multifamily Operational, Model, and Compliance risk team in the first line of defense, reporting directly to the Multifamily Chief Credit Officer. She has approximately 33 years of financial services, risk management, technology, and program management experience. Prior to Fannie Mae, she was an SVP Operational and Enterprise Risk Executive at Wells Fargo, JP Morgan, and Silicon Valley Bank, working in both the first and second lines of defense.
