Requesting Access to the Investor Reporting Module

To obtain access to the Investor Reporting (IR) module within eServicing, follow the steps below:

From the eFannieMae.com home page, select Multifamily, followed by Applications.
The Technology Applications & Tools screen appears. -
From the left navigation bar, select Registration & Account Management.
The Registration and Account Management screen appears. -
Click the Details link that appears next to Register for Asset Management/Servicing Applications.
The Registration for Asset Management/Servicing screen appears.Note: We assume that your organization currently is using at least one Fannie Mae Multifamily application. If not, you will need to complete a Software Subscription Agreement and an Order Form/Schedule, both available on the same Web page as the User Registration Form.

Under the Asset Management/Servicing User Registration heading, click Download User Registration Form.
A dialog box appears asking whether you want to open or save the file. -
Select Save and file the form on your hard drive.
A second dialog box advises you when the download is complete. It offers you several options for next steps. -
If you are ready to complete the form, select Open.
The electronic User Registration Form appears. -
Enter your contact information at the top of the form so that we can confirm receipt of your request.

Under Current Subscription Information, enter your company name and your Fannie Mae Subscriber ID. If you need assistance finding this information, contact us at 1-800-752-6440.

If you already have an existing user ID for another Fannie Mae Multifamily application, answer Yes in the space provided and enter your user ID. If you are a new user, answer No.

Check the box next to the action you are requesting.
- Check Add New User if you currently do not have access to another Fannie Mae Multifamily application.
- Check Add Application(s) to Existing User if you already have access to a Fannie Mae Multifamily application.

Complete the user information. If you are a new user, create and enter a 4-character alphanumeric PIN. You will use this PIN to establish your password once you obtain access to the application. If you already have access to a Fannie Mae Multifamily application, you will use your existing user ID and password to access Investor Reporting once we approve your request.

Enter all Seller/Servicer Numbers associated with your User ID.

When you request access to eServicing, you also should request access to ARM Index Values (ARMINDEX), by selecting the Add Application box for the ARM Index Values module and the box labeled “All users are granted the same access level to this application.”

Check the Add Application box next to eServicing (MFSSS). For permission to report loan-level and MBS activity to Fannie Mae, check the General User box for the Servicing Module. For permission only to view data and print reports, check View Only.

Save your completed form.

Attach the form to an e-mail and send it to the officer in your organization who may authorize your access.

The officer completes the box labeled Authorized and Requested by, saves the form, and returns it to you.

Submit the form via e-mail to [email protected].
The person submitting the request receives an auto-reply with a tracking number, indicating that we received the e-mail and that we will process the request within six business days. Please include the tracking number if you need to contact us regarding the request.- If you are a new user, we send a user ID and instructions for retrieving your password to the e-mail address listed on the User Registration Form.
- If you are an existing user of Fannie Mae Multifamily applications other than eServicing, we send an e-mail notifying you that access to eServicing (MFSSS) has been added.
- After we process the request, we send an e-mail to the person submitting the request and to the person identified as the requestor (if different than the submitter) on page 1 of the form.
Note: You also use this form to request access to other servicing technology, including the Delinquency Early Warning System (DEWS) and the Payoff Calculator.
