Custodial Bank Account Management
The Custodial Bank Account Management application allows Fannie Mae Servicers and Sub-servicers to create, execute, and manage the required Letters of Authorization for Multifamily Principal and Interest (P&I) Custodial Account (Form 2050), Multifamily Collateral Agreement Custodial Account (Form 2051) and Multifamily Taxes and Insurance (T&I) Custodial Account (Form 2052).
