Now live: The new Custodial Bank Account Management application will enable servicers to create and manage the required Letters of Authorization for deposits to eligible custodial bank accounts, including Letter of Authorization for Multifamily P&I Custodial Account (2050), Letter of Authorization for Multifamily Collateral Agreement Custodial Account (Form 2051) and Letter of Authorization for Multifamily T&I Custodial Account (Form 2052).
