Fannie Mae's Equitable Housing Finance Plan, focuses on reducing rental and homeownership costs, eliminating barriers related to insufficient credit, and supporting long-term success for underserved borrowers and renters. In Multifamily, these efforts include Positive Rent Payment, Sponsor-Initiated Affordability (SIA), and Sponsor-Dedicated Workforce (SDW).
