Multifamily serves a wide spectrum of the market, including conventional, rent-restricted, cooperatives, seniors, student housing, and manufactured housing communities, and finances all loan sizes.
Fannie Mae's multifamily business is executed through a Delegated Underwriting and Servicing (DUS®) lender network and is the only risk-sharing model in the country.
Since joining Fannie Mae in 1987, Jeff has held many senior roles, including leading the National Servicing Organization during the financial crisis.
