Jeff Goodman serves as Senior Vice President & Deputy General Counsel, Multifamily, leading the 26+ legal professionals who support the Multifamily business.
Jeff oversees the provision and coordination of legal advice and counseling to Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Business and other stakeholders, including DUS loan acquisitions, asset management and loss mitigation, selling and servicing contracts, loan document standards, underwriting and servicing guides, product development and strategic initiatives, enterprise, credit and counterparty risk, servicing and operations, and low-income housing tax credit (“LIHTC”) investments. These responsibilities relate to all aspects of the purchase, servicing, and default management of Multifamily residential mortgage loans acquired by Fannie Mae, including the Multifamily Business’ corporate compliance and regulatory activities, as well as Fannie Mae’s Sustainable Communities Initiative.
