Preserving Rental Affordability at Gotham West in New York City

We partnered with Wells Fargo and the Gotham Organization on this $460 million deal to finance Gotham West in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC. Over 50% of the building’s 1,238 units remain affordable and help rent remain in reach so that New Yorkers of different income levels can live near hospitals, schools, and work.
