Gillian Rader

Gillian Rader has joined the Multifamily Legal team as Lead Associate where she will support the Corporate Real Estate and LIHTC business units.  Gillian brings a strong background in governance, compliance, and corporate real estate operations. Most recently, she served as a Senior Associate in Fannie Mae's Risk organization, supporting enterprise records management, policy and document governance, compliance reporting, and cross-functional initiatives. Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Gillian worked at Hines, a global commercial real estate firm, where she partnered with legal counsel and asset management teams to support commercial leasing transactions, lease administration, contract management, and regulatory compliance. She will be based in our Midtown Center office.
