We partnered with DUS® lender Northmarq to help their borrower, Boyd Wilson, get a cash-out refinance to update two 160-unit Pennsylvania properties — in Hershey and in Lancaster. As a DUS lender, Northmarq was able to tailor the credit structure and close quickly, so Boyd Wilson could deliver planned upgrades, maintaining rent affordability as residents continue calling their apartment communities home.
