Marvin Montgomery brings over two decades of experience in the real estate industry to Fannie Mae.
Marvin joined the company in 2018 and serves as the Director of the Southeast Credit Region. His experience includes primary asset management, underwriting, construction management, and servicing for a variety of product types including multifamily, condominiums, office, retail, and industrial. Prior to Fannie Mae, Marvin held roles in agency underwriting at Spring11 and asset management at Greystone and Trimont Real Estate Advisors.
Marvin holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University.
