Lender Memos are a formal notice of new or changed business requirements or processes that must be followed. Outstanding Lender Memos remain in effect until superseded by publication of a new chapter of the Multifamily Selling and Servicing Guide. Only outstanding Lender Memos are published on FannieMae.com.
