Rachel Cluett is a Manager with Fannie Mae’s Multifamily Green and Healthy Housing Financing Business.  In this role, Cluett manages Fannie Mae’s Healthy Housing Rewards program, which incentivizes healthy design and provision of resident services in affordable multifamily housing. She also supports Fannie Mae’s green financing business for affordable multifamily housing deals.

Prior to joining Fannie Mae, Cluett was a senior research analyst at the American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy (ACEEE), a non-profit specializing in research and technical assistance on energy efficiency. Cluett holds a Master of Public Health degree from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
